I am a single mother to a dynamic, precocious, beautiful 4 year old boy. Since giving birth to my son I have experienced a profound spiritual awakening. I had no idea I had it in me to give birth and be so completely responsible for another human being. My son has taught me so much about life already, it never ceases to amaze me. He has shown me unconditional love, forgiveness, purely enjoying the present moment, getting silly and dirty, being highly imaginative and when I hold him in my arms, I feel such an intense spiritual connection it's insane. He makes me want to be a better person, a person who he would respect and cherish. I hope to teach him about life and everything it encompasses, all the diversity in the world and how it makes everyone unique and yet the same.

I am a simple person trying to live a simple life, walking as lightly on this earth as possible. I love to create: paint, draw, make jewelry. And I love to go to thrift stores and figure out what kind of creative outfits I can come up with. I try to use as many recycled components as possible in my creations so that I am not contributing to mass consumption. I LOVE, LOVE yoga, Hindu and Buddhist philosophy, reading, listening to music, cooking and dancing. I love traveling, learning and experiencing what this world has to offer.

I am a gentle, sensitive spirit longing to make connections with like-minded people to learn from, share with and relate to.  Since moving to north Texas I have found it difficult to meet people, so I am really hoping to connect with people here, to share experiences and to start building new friendships.
